Ingredients
- Tomato Ketup – 2 tbsp
- Boneless Chicken – 1 kg
- Egg White – 1
- Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vinager – 2 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Worcester sauce – 1tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 10
- Chopped Garlic – 10 cloves
- Chopped Ginger – ½ inches
- Sugar – 1 tspn
- Sweet Soda – A Pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – For deep frying
Preparation
Cut chicken in to small pieces. Squeeze any excess water from the chicken. Add half of the soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, Worcester sauce, salt with chicken and leave it to marinate. Put oil in the pan.
Before frying the chicken add corn flour, egg white,ketup, soda powder to it. Put garlic, green chillies and ginger in to the pan. Now deep fry the chicken until it is golden brown, do not overcook it. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan. Add some oil in the pan, then add sugar and rest of the green chilli garlic and ginger,ketup and soya sauce, chilli sauce and chicken pieces, sauté in for 1 minute.
Serve it hot.
